Six Hornets named to All-Region track team

Six members of the Wellsboro Boys Track team were recently selected to the All-Region team by the Towanda Daily Review.

The 4x100m realy team of seniors Nick Marple, Michael Pietropola, and Kieron Smethers and junior Rich Tardieu were all first team selections and senior Jack Chambers was a first team selection in the 300m hurdles.

Tardieu (triple jump) and Pietropola (100m) were both second team selections, while Smethers (400m) and senior Brieux Thibaut (100m) were third team selections.

WellsboroAthletics.com would like to congratulate Nick, Michael, Kieron, Rich, Jack, and Brieux on their selections and thank them for all their hard work during the season.
