Hornets swim well in Williamsport

Members of the Wellsboro Swim Team swam as independents at the Williamsport vs. Hazleton dual meet on Saturday, January 9.

Junior Nathan Cotner swam 23.61 in the 50 Freestyle and 57.15 in the 100 Butterfly, sophomore Kaitlyne Kramer finished in 2:16.69 in the 200 Freestyle and 1:03.12 in the 100 Freestyle, and senior Mikayla Feil swam 59.97 in the 100 Freestyle and 1:11.0 in the 100 Backstroke.

Sophomore Abby Feil swam 30.35 in the 50 Freestyle and 1:15.86 in the 100 Backstroke, and sophomore Grace Feil swam 29.87 in the 50 Freestyle and 1:25.76 in the 100 Breaststroke.

The team will be back in action on Tuesday, January 19 at Sayre.
