The Galeton tennis team had a dominant season and they earned top honors for the All-Region tennis team.

Eli Trimbur was the Player of the Year, Joel Brelo the Newcomer of the Year and coach Daniel Brelo the coach of the year.

Galeton was undefeated in the regular season as a team and advanced to the district semifinals.

Trimbur, and teammate David Rigas, won the District 4 doubles title, dominating the field, dropping just four points in the entire tournament. They made it to the state quarterfinals, before falling to eventual state champion Sewickley Academy.

The All-Region team includes a baker's dozen of the best boys' and girls' players.

The team includes Trimbur and Rigas, along with teammate Evan Griffen.

Towanda's Matt McNeal and Anthony Vogel are on the team, along with Wellsboro's Nate Redell.

Notre Dame's Jack Kaffenbarger and Derek Tsang and Waverly's Hunter Heath are on the team.

Towanda's Courtney Bennett and Megan Paulish both make the squad, along with Notre Dame's Chloe Stemermen and Madeleine Meier.
