Andrea Sheive scored 18 points to lead Williamson to their 48-28 win over Canton on Friday.

Also scoring for Williamson was Maran Davis with 10 points, Brittany Boyce with nine, Hannah Deacon with four, Bethany Boyce with three and Makayla Butz and Emma Durst with two, each.

For Canton, Mackayla Wesneski scored 13 points, Emalie Marnati finished with five, Tamara Hess and Elle Binford each had four points and Shea Rupp had two.

Athens 60, NP-Mansfield 27

Breanna Gambrell led the Wildcats squad with 16 points in their 60-27 win over NP-Mansfield on Friday.

Also scoring for Athens was Emily Lunger with 14 points, Kara Chapman with 10, Reagan Lynch and Shanell Baglini each finished with seven points, and Emma Adams and Arianna Gambrell each had three points.

For NP-Mansfield, Lauren Smith finished with 15 points and seven rebounds, Shaelyn Berguson had nine and Alyssa Smith finished with five points.

Wellsboro 51, Wyalusing 30

Lizzie Poirier scored 12 points to lead the Hornets squad to a 51-30 win over Wyalusing on Friday.

Also scoring for Wellsboro was Jessica Grab and Janessa Davis with 10 points each, Rachael Tuttle with seven points, Emma Poirier with six, Autum Kitajima with four and Cathryn Brought with two points.

For Wyalusing, Madelyn Edsell finished with 11 points, five steals and six rebounds; Sarah Bird had eight points, three assists, two steals and 11 rebounds; Emily Champluvier scored five points and four rebounds; Miranda Herbert and Ashley Carter finished with two each; Herbert also had three rebounds; and Morgan Woodruff had one point, one assist and two rebounds.

Sayre 50, Cowanesque Valley 11

Steph Klovekorn led the Sayre girls to a 50-11 win over Cowanesque Valley with 11 points and six steals on Friday.

Also scoring for Sayre was Camry Lane and Kaeli Sutryk with ten points each, Lane also added six steals, Andi Noldy finished with six points, Molly Ball added four points, Blair Wampole finished with two points and Emily Moore had one point.

For CV, Amaya Walker tallied six points, Karmen Short added four points and Morgan Cady had one point.

NEB 55, NP-Liberty 41

Lindsay Moore led the Panthers to a 55-41 win over NP-Liberty on Friday with 14 points on the night.

Also scoring for Northeast was Aaliyah Bevacqua with 10, Jaycee Brown with nine, Josie Haverly with seven points and eight rebounds, Megan Brown with six points and seven assists, Kira Pruyne with five points and eight rebounds and Emilee Allis with four points.

For NP-Liberty, Marissa Harer scored ten points, McKenzie Begaczyk finished with nine, Michaela Schmouder totaled six points, Alyssa Remley and Katie Mistifer each had five points and Taylor Thompson had four points.


NEB 65, Elk Lake 50

David Ford led the Panthers to a 65-50 win over Elk Lake on Friday, he finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Also scoring for NEB was Garrett Smith with 15 points, Chaz La Barre with 13, Zak Smith with 13 points, seven rebounds and five assists and Mike Wallitsch with four points.

NEB's Nate Watkins also finished with five assists.
